Collection: 40yd Dash Combine Training

These elite training packages are designed specifically for college athletes preparing for the NFL Combine or their College Pro Day. Each athlete will train directly with Michael Ray Garvin, focusing on the complete mechanics of the 40-yard dash—including stance, first-step explosiveness, drive phase, transition, and top-end speed.

Michael Ray Garvin is a former NFL player and former Professional Track athlete. He was signed to the Arizona Cardinals and Detroit Lions. He was the fastest man of the 2009 NFL Draft posting official times of 4.24 and 4.28.

He attended Florida State University and is a Two Sport All-American and held records in football & track and field at FSU. Michael is also a two sport All-American in High School at Don Bosco Prep in NJ. He is a U.S Army All-American and Nike All-American in the 100m (10.46) and 200m (21.31). Michael Ray competed in the 2011 USA Indoor championships and placed 5th in the 60 meters with a time of 6.63. His PB in 60m (6.59), 100m (10.19), 200m (20.58), 400m (46.61)

Michael Ray was the fastest man of the 2009 NFL Draft. He posted unofficial times of 4.18 and 4.22. The official times were 4.24 & 4.28. On his pro day he jumped a 10'8 broad jump and benched press 225lbs for 18 reps. His weight was 174lbs. Michael Ray has the experience of NFL Combine and Pro Day plus the scientific knowledge to help athletes excel. 

Every session is recorded and analyzed, allowing the athlete to clearly track progress, identify technical weaknesses, and make precise adjustments to improve performance.

Athletes also receive free guidance on sports nutrition and supplement strategies, ensuring they can fuel and recover at a professional level.

Included with the program is a full copy of the Universal Athlete Manual, authored by Michael Ray Garvin. This manual covers foundational principles of nutrition, supplementation, and performance training. Michael Ray was certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), combining scientific knowledge with his professional playing experience to deliver the highest level of coaching.
