Javaughn 40yd from 4.6 to 4.4 at Rivals
I have been working with Javaughn for years. As we were preparing for Rivals camp I decided to test him in the 40yd to see where his time is at six days before the camp. He ran a 4.63 and ran a 1.43 in the 10yd. His start was impeccable as we have been working on that for years but he lacked in the top end speed. We worked on top end speed training and I saw that his left leg was not raising to parallel as his right leg was. This was due to a hamstring strain he had during track. I suggested that he see a massage therapist and that we just focus on top end speed work for the rest of the week. I also suggested that he drop weight because he might be a little too heavy. He dropped 7-8 pounds before the combine. His official time was a 4.48 at Rivals.
Jimmy Haren 4.58 40yd Dash
Jimmy has been a long time client since he was in youth football. As a sophomore going into his junior season he posted a 4.58 in the 40yd dash at the SMU Mega Camp.
Manny Holmes Track Starts
I worked with Manny on fixing his starts and he was able to get 6 & 3/4 steps in 10 meters which is really good. He ran a 10.65 in the 100m.
40yd Dash Starts Improvements
Javaughn is running a 1.4 in the 10yd consistently. Dominic dropped his time down to a 1.53 from a 1.7. Shaan and Jaisen both dropped their time from a 1.72 to a 1.61. Grayson dropped his time from a 1.72 to 1.5 in the 10yd.
Tennis Rhiann Newborn Champion
Coach Mike has been training Rhiann for 9 months working on her upper and lower body strength, explosiveness, linear and lateral speed. He also helped her with nutrition and agility. She has seen great results in her performance and recently won a tournament.
