These elite training packages are designed specifically for college athletes preparing for the NFL Combine or their College Pro Day. Each athlete will train directly with Michael Ray Garvin, focusing on the complete mechanics of the 40-yard dash—including stance, first-step explosiveness, drive phase, transition, and top-end speed.
Every session is recorded and analyzed, allowing the athlete to clearly track progress, identify technical weaknesses, and make precise adjustments to improve performance.
Athletes also receive free guidance on sports nutrition and supplement strategies, ensuring they can fuel and recover at a professional level.
Included with the program is a full copy of the Universal Athlete Manual, authored by Michael Ray Garvin. This manual covers foundational principles of nutrition, supplementation, and performance training. Michael Ray was certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), combining scientific knowledge with his professional playing experience to deliver the highest level of coaching.

Universal Athlete Training
Universal Athlete Training is designed for individuals ages 7 and up.
This program develops complete athletic performance by focusing on linear speed, change of direction, speed–strength, football position-specific drills, footwork, and multi-sport agility. Coach Mike has trained athletes across a wide range of sports, including Football, Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Cricket, Volleyball, Swimming, and more.
Athletes can choose between group training sessions or personal one-on-one coaching tailored to their specific goals and skill level.

Client Success Story: Derek put in great consistent work, attending 3-4 times each week. We worked on the exergenie building linear speed strength. We worked on falling starts to work on arms, hip extension, and low heel recovery. We ran 60 meter sprints and worked a lot on the start and drive phase. There is still a lot more he can improve on in the drive phase but he was getting 10 yards in less than 6 steps. He has the Universal Athlete book and watched the FREE training videos on our app Playmakers In The Faith. He was coachable with the help of his dad and saw great results. 4.38 Laser 40yd Dash.
Group or 1 on 1 Training Sessions
Group Training Sessions are conducted in small groups of 1–10 athletes per session, providing a focused and competitive training environment.
All workouts are professionally recorded and uploaded to the Playmakers In The Faith Mobile App, allowing athletes to track their progress, review technique, and identify areas for improvement.
Access to the training video library is available for a $10 monthly subscription.
Alternatively, athletes may subscribe to one of our monthly supplement plans, in which case the video subscription fee is waived.
