Athletes will send Michael their film of them working 40yd dash starts or their entire 40 to be analyzed for them. They will always have access to their video allowing the athlete to clearly track progress, identify technical weaknesses, and make precise adjustments to improve performance.
Athletes also receive free guidance on sports nutrition and supplement strategies, ensuring they can fuel and recover at a professional level.
