The body produces small amounts of creatine, primarily in the liver and kidneys. It is subsequently carried via the bloodstream to skeletal muscle, which requires it for optimal performance. Unfortunately, the quantity of creatine shown in clinical research trials to support and promote exercise performance, muscle protein synthesis, and related processes is significantly larger than what the body can manufacture and what we receive through our diet. This is where creatine monohydrate supplementation comes in.*

This greens powder supplement contains naturally occurring essential vitamins and minerals derived from a diverse range of plant sources. It boasts a comprehensive blend of ingredients such as Barley Grass, Spirulina, Green Tea, and a variety of fruits and roots, including Beet Root, Acai, and Turmeric Extracts. This formula is intended for daily use, providing a convenient way to enhance your nutritional intake with concentrated plant-based nutrients aimed at supporting overall health and wellness, without the need for artificial additives.*

Ginkgo Biloba is a plant originating in Asia that was used in ancient Chinese medicine. Usually, the herb's leaves are used, but the seeds are shown to have the highest efficacy. Ginkgo contains numerous flavonoids and terpenoids, which promote blood flow in the body and brain.

Protein and Recovery

Whey protein (WP) is a widely consumed nutritional supplement that enhances strength and muscle mass during resistance training (RT) regimens. Muscle protein anabolism is acutely elevated following RT, which WP further enhances.

Protein and Strength

Dietary protein supplementation significantly enhanced muscle strength and size changes during prolonged RET in healthy adults. Increasing age reduces, and training experience increases the efficacy of protein supplementation during resistance exercise training. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28698222/

Protein and Appetite

A meta-analysis showed that whey protein might reduce the long and short-term appetite. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29072167/

Protein and Body Composition

Whey protein that contains higher amounts of essential amino acids can considerably modify muscle synthesis. After extensive studies, results showed a significant increase in lean body mass after whey protein supplementation. Researchers found no significant changes between soya protein supplementation and body composition parameters.

Protein Therapeutic Applications

Whey, a protein complex derived from milk, is touted as a functional food with several health benefits. The biological components demonstrate a range of immune-enhancing properties. In addition, whey can act as an antioxidant, antihypertensive, antitumor, hypolipidemic, antiviral, antibacterial, and chelating agent. Several clinical trials have successfully concluded using whey to treat cancer, HIV, hepatitis B, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and as an antimicrobial agent.

The potential role of supplemental leucine on muscle protein synthesis

This study suggests that increasing the concentration of leucine in an essential amino acid supplement consumed during steady state exercise elicits a greater muscle protein synthesis response during recovery. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21775557/

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE FOR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE: During a study, creatine monohydrate supplementation over ten weeks showed a synergistic effect on aerobic power. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31936727/

CREATINE ON BRAIN FUNCTION: Preliminary studies indicate that creatine supplementation can increase brain creatine content in humans. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35267907/

CREATINE FOR COGNITIVE FUNCTION: Subsequent studies have demonstrated that cognitive processing, either experimentally (following sleep deprivation) or naturally (due to aging) impaired, can be improved with creatine supplementation.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE FOR BODY COMPOSITION: Based on the magnitude inferences, consuming creatine immediately post-workout is superior to pre-workout vis-a-vis body composition and strength. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23919405/

Turmeric for Skin Health

Ten studies noted statistically significant improvement in skin disease severity in the turmeric/curcumin treatment groups compared with control groups.

Curcumin for Anti-inflammatory Effects

The study's findings provide evidence for the anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin and support further investigation to confirm dose, duration, and formulation to optimize anti-inflammatory effects in humans with chronic inflammation.

Turmeric for Multitargeting

In clinical trials, turmeric has shown efficacy against numerous human ailments, including lupus nephritis, cancer, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, acne, and fibrosis.

Turmeric for Reproductive Performance

A study was conducted to determine the effect of turmeric powder dietary supplementation on the histology of visceral organs and the reproductive performance of Pseudotropheus acei.
